Introduction

Emese has been involved in organizing several domestic and international animation festivals, primarily in the areas of communications and coordination. She grew up in the United Kingdom, where she studied art and design before earning a degree in animation. Since then, she has been working at the intersection of the creative industry and organizational processes. Through her experience in the cultural sector, she has learned that the work being done behind the scenes is just as important as what ultimately reaches the audience. She handles communication, coordination, and sometimes crisis management, all while striving to keep the human and artistic values behind the projects in mind.
