Introduction

Andrea Antal is a creative professional and executive assistant dedicated to arts. She worked for several years at one of Hungary’s most significant cultural institutions, starting from the very beginning of MÜPA. Over the course of 19 years, she gained experience in numerous fields, supporting the realization of international music and creative arts projects as an assistant. For her, a particularly valuable aspect of this period was that, while she was part of building something new, she was able to see the creative side, the high-quality behind-the-scenes and organizational work, as well as the audience experience all at once, which deeply shaped her connection to art and people. Creation has always remained an important part of her life; as an artist, she works with ceramics and sculpting. She is the lead assistant at BABtér, where she is delighted to be part of an inspiring environment that uses animation, visual education, and creative tools to open up space for creative self-expression for people of all ages. She believes that art not only creates, but also inspires, sensitizes, and brings shared experiences to life.
